As director of interaction and innovation, you will have overall responsibility for strategy and interaction, digitalization, research and innovation as well as business development via Business Region Kristiansand. Vennesla municipality is looking for a library manager
Vennesla library has been named one of the world's most beautiful buildings and is both an important gathering place for people and a place for literature dissemination. The building is located in the middle of the main street in Vennesla, 12 km north of Kristiansand city center and is easy to reach both by bus and rail, or by bike for the fit. Organizationally, the library belongs to the section for community development, unit for culture. The library manager is the professional and administrative head of the municipality's overall public library activities.

Vest Agder Museet IKS is looking for a financial manager
The museum has grown in size in recent years and has an annual turnover of around NOK 80 million, linked to 11 museums. The museum's income consists of public grants, support from various foundations and own income from tickets, the museum shop and sales of products. The work will be related both to the follow-up of ongoing operations, and follow-up / reporting on several major or minor projects. The position is part of the museum's administration. As an inter-municipal company, Vest-Agder Museum keeps accounts in line with "good municipal accounting practice".

People and performance partner Normal
Normal was founded in Denmark in 2013, and opened its first store in Norway in Kristiansand in 2017. Today they count 220 stores in 5 countries. The Norwegian head office is located in Sørlandsparken. Normal markets itself as a chain of stores selling normal goods at abnormal prices. The position that is vacant is brand new and will help build culture and work with recruitment, education and development of the store talents, in team with the Head of People and Performance in Denmark.

Tredal is looking for an operations manager
Tredal AS has since 1895 developed, produced and sold trailers of high standard made in Norway for Norwegian conditions. The company is located at Vigeland in Lindesnes, 5 miles from Kristiansand. Here, 30 employees produce about 2,000 trailers a year. They are now looking for a skilled operations manager, where experience with personnel management, logistics and production with an emphasis on continuous improvement and Lean are key qualifications. M/B Øya seeks captain and seaman 

M/B Øya is one of the few surviving scheduled boats that still operates a regular service in the summer. The boat runs from the end of June to the beginning of August, between Lillesand and Kristiansand. Now there are vacancies on board for all or part of the period. Captain must have minimum Coastal Skipper certificate D5 or higher.
