On March 8-12, 2019, South by Southwest (SXSW) will be held in Austin Texas. SXSW is a music, film and interactive media festival. The interactive part focuses on new technologies and trends in digital communication.

Accommodation:
25 double rooms have been booked from March 6-13, 2019 including breakfast at the Best Western Plus Central Austin. The hotel is located 10-15 min by taxi from the Austin Convention Center. If you wish to stay at this hotel, please confirm upon registration. For those who wish, it is possible to share a room (two queen beds), a good way to reduce costs somewhat.
Air travel:
Individuals book their own flights as required. Please contact us for suggestions for a joint itinerary.
