/ Susanne Lende is the new business advisor
Business Region Kristiansand strengthens the advisor corps with Susanne Lende. She comes from the role as head of communication and policy in the aid organization CARE Norway, which works for girls and women's rights.
- Lende has key expertise in strategy development, relationship building, positioning and business. This will come in handy now that Kristiansand will really be put on the map as a business-friendly region, says Geir Askvik Haugum, Business Manager in Kristiansand municipality.
Returning to Southern Norway
Lende is a trained journalist and holds a master's degree in political science from the University of Oslo.
To Business Region Kristiansand she brings, among other things, broad experience as a strategic advisor to international industry and business actors in the sustainability and ESG field. She has worked in the media and communications industry in Oslo for a number of years and was previously COO of the communications and PR agency Burson Cohn & Wolfe's Oslo office.
- I am very much looking forward to taking on new challenges and being part of all the exciting things that are happening within renewable business establishment in Southern Norway, says Lende, who is moving back to Kristiansand after almost twenty years in the capital.
She took up the new position of Business Adviser as of January 02, 2023.
